• Our Insider Trading Guideline is designed to prevent and detect insider trading in order to sustain the Company’s reputation for integrity and ethical conduct.

As part of our compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, we implemented an extensive controls review process in all areas of our business, including entity level controls and process level controls. As part of this process, the Company identified potential risks and implemented processes and controls designed to prevent and detect any material errors that may arise. The Company also has extensive procedures in place to ensure the integrity and transparency of financial statement disclosures, including reviews at all levels of management and the Board of Directors.
