We comply with the standards and reporting structure established in the “Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance”, effective July 1, 2002 (updated in 2007), and the SIX Swiss Exchange “Directive on Information Relating to Corporate Governance”, amended on October 29, 2008 and effective July 1, 2009.
