We believe that people achieve objectives and get to where they want to be by being well managed. Our performance management cycle gives every individual in P+ the opportunity to know what is expected of them, how they play a crucial role in the workings of P+ and what their strengths are, and/ or areas for development. By encouraging people to meet objectives the business moves forward and our people move with it.
